Medical Sales Specialist

DYNAMIC GROUP: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Medical Sales Specialist.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  1. To educate the market about our product selling point and make awareness to our products in defined channels
  2. To maintain the existing doctors/lab/clinics/hospital keep use and order from the company, and add new user/doctors/lab/clinic/hospital as our market with doing some marketing activities
  3. To collect the information from doctors/hospital for market information
  4. To analyses market data and field fact before start detailing
  5. To perform daily visit to doctor /lab/clinic/hospital to promote the product and maintain relationship
  6. To prepare and discuss weekly and monthly call doctors with superior, to identify the target doctors, potency of each doctors, status of each target doctors (acquired, add on and retention)
  7. To implement action plan which has been discussed by the supervisor
  8. To collaborate with PM/PE, plan and implement promotion strategies and activities which should be line with the assigned product
  9. To maintain effective coordination with superior to evaluate target achievement and effectiveness of promotion activities
  10. To review the finance side with SR about customer financial condition, habits and risk in the customer. MR should help to negotiate about collection to keep the customer still supply by DPC
  11. To coordinate with supply chain about the availability stock that has to prepare in warehouse based on the sales forecast and customer behavior

  • Easy adaptation and can work under pressure to achieve company goal and target
