URBANLAND ASIA is seeking for Offline Marketing Executive. The Offline Marketing Executive will be assisting the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department. Activities include but not limited to print, out-of-home, media relations and events.

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers (enquiries via websites and social platforms), suppliers and partner organizations
• Managing the design and production of marketing collateral including brochure etc
• Liaising with internal designer from conceptual to final artwork
• Writing and proofreading content for marketing materials in English and Khmer (translations when required)
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Content Marketing for social platforms (until Digital Marketing Exec is on board)
• Media relations for publicity, promotion and information
• Event coordination for property-related and co-branding events
• Attending events such as seminars, networking events & conferences
• Conducting market research and show unit viewings in the property industry – new developments
• Contributing to marketing plans and strategies
• Managing and adhering to budgets
• Evaluating marketing campaigns and producing relevant and timely reports
• Monitoring competitor activity and strategies
• Completing admin responsibilities as required
• Supporting the marketing manager and others as required Support other functions as assigned

The Marketing Manager

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Marketing
• At least 2 year experience in the field of Marketing or similar roles
• Strong project management/organizational skills
• Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends
• Power Point presentations
• Understanding of customer segmentation
• Strong and confident communicator
• A creative approach
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
• The ability to work under pressure and towards a deadline
