• Develop sale strategy
• Create, manage and check the sale employee’s daily activities
• Find corporate partner with new customers
• Increase the market share and sale revenue
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistant and information on product feature
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered
• Find new retailers and International Hospital
• Review market situation
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Analyze consumer behavior in conjunctions with the products and suggest improvements needed to the management Provide monthly rolling forecast about sale target and customer survey
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Support the sales team and sales department to achieve to make business growth
• Increase monthly and annual sale
• Performance achieve the sales target on basis
• Perform other tasks that assign by manager
