TH F&B is one of Business Units in TH Group focusing on fast food service and restaurant. Our company is authorized food franchise brands of Carl's Jr from the US, Cold Stone Creamery from the US, Gyu-Kaku BBQ from Japan, On-Yasai Shabu Shabu soup from Japan, and Pappa Rich from Malaysia. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality food and service and develop ourselves to be the largest company in fast food and restaurant in Cambodia.

• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and service providing in each outlet
• Collaborate with the Marketing department in the development and delivery of strategic events and brand enhancing initiatives
• Managing day to day operational performance, some P&L responsibility requiring Financial Literacy and Hospitality Skills
• Proactively manage all aspects of financial measurement, to include budget, food & labor cost control, and inventory control
• Identify right side for new store open and plan ahead to ensure new store launch follow the plan
• Oversee each outlet with maintenance and cost with very competitive price
• Ensures all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms
• Perform other job as assign from COO and Executive Director

• Bachelor’s degree in general management, general business or related field
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant food franchise restaurant experience or retail store business
• Strong organizational and planning skills with effective prioritization of deadlines with the ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills
• Strong commercial negotiating skills
• Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Customer-focused mindset
• Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel, advanced in web research
• Knowledge of Digital Media is a strong advantage.
