We are looking for a recent masters graduate in the areas of business or marketing or an experienced Marketing Project Manager.  This is an exciting position to involving the development and managing of marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition and advance brand building.  A high level of support and training will be provided by international business leaders.

• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Market through various channels and segments supported by a professional marketing team
• Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
• Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of    improved marketing strategy and communications
• Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
• Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

• Experience building complex marketing programs or a new graduate of a master's in business or marketing
• Willingness to plan with digital and direct marketing experts
• Good English skills
• Positive attitude toward creating quality customer experiences
• Strong project management skills and ability to learn
• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
• Developing new projects in training not previously provided in Cambodia
• Training provided for the right person for this position
