• Designing job announcement and posting through website, social media, and job boards
• Head-hunting in social network, or references
• Keeping good relationship with potential candidates
• Liaising candidate selection process (shortlist, test, and interview)
• Compiling applicant's assessment report
• Liaising interview with candidates
• To follow up and ask interview feedback
• Updating information of candidates in the database
• To conduct weekly and monthly report to manager

• Bachelor of HRM or Business Administration
• At least 1 year of working experience in HR (Recruitment is a plus)
• Good command of English for communication skill
• Able to use computer literature (Ms. Office)
• Friendly and patient
• Can work on multi-tasks and on time manner
