Tipsy is looking for Sale Catering Manager. The Sale Catering Manager will handle sale catering and event management.

• Prepare sales & marketing plan and lead the team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Oversee and manage all booking/inquiries/provide information to prospective customers
• Organize and lead in-door | out-door catering events
• Check all items in the agreement with client to make sure it is implemented and delivered
• Maintain and update filing system in function sheet, function order and function menu
• Handle guest complain promptly and professionally
• Keep and update customers mailing & contact list
• Work closely with other departments of the company
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Managing Director
• Perform other tasks as outlined by the management

Report to Managing Director

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills
• 3-5 years’ experience with F&B Industry would be advantage
• Good command of spoken and written in English is a plus
• Results driven, self-motivate, high patience and be able to work with tight deadline
• Positive work attitude, team spirit and honesty
