Bayon Coffee Academy: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Sales and Marketing Manager. You will be put in a position to work closely with brand owners to come up with creative and effective solution to sampling and activation strategies in supporting the brand growth and accelerating the market development process of  Bayon Coffee Academy Products in Cambodia.

• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling, expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities

• The ideal candidate needs good interpersonal skills, good time management skills in balancing many projects in dynamic environment and the ability to think out-side of the box to find the alternative solution or simplify the work
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales/marketing or business
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales Force/Marketing
• Excellence of communication in English and Khmer
• Excellence of operating computer such as Excel, Data Analysis, PowerPoint and Outlook
