Impressions Label incorporated in 2007 with a vision of setting up the best label and packaging Company in the country. The main focus was to supply and manufacture high quality products in line with target pricing with an on time every time mentality, a trusted local supplier that would not let the garment factories down. Currently, we are looking for Sales Executive.

PRIMARY PURPOSE (Sales Executive)

To maintain, manage existing and develop client base via phone, email and customer contact on a daily basis. Ensure that clients are dealt with in a professional manner. Make sure that information flows into and out of the company in an appropriate manner. Supply accurate information to estimation and production.

• Liaise with clients in a timely manner regarding quotation, order & delivery enquiries
• Process client orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain & Grow existing client relationships via phone & email allocated to your territory
• Updating of data within our system on a time to time basis as required
• Preparation on the sales report on a monthly basis.
• Contact existing clients & update diary notes regularly as part of the customer care program
• Developing new clients within Cambodia territory
• Attend and participate in training, sales meetings & sales conferences
• Abide by the company’s policies and procedures on Quality Management, Workplace Health and Safety and Rehabilitation and Return to Work

The General Manager

• Good phone manner, good communication and relationship building skills in English and Vietnamese
• Knowledge of the printing industry
• Operating competency in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to plan day and prioritise workload
• Honest and able to work under pressure
• English language is a must, Chinese luangagge a plus
