Thalias comprises three fine-dining restaurants - Topaz, Malis Phnom Penh and Malis Siem Reap, Arunreas– a luxury hotel, and Khéma, a dine-in and takeout gourmet shop. Currently, we are looking for Sales Manager.

- Accountable for prospecting and booking group business (all segments)
- Respond to telephone inquiries or requests for group business in the defined timeline
- Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics and action plans for existing and new account to achieve and exceed sales target
- Maximize sales revenue by upselling of food and beverage options
- Convert new accounts into loyal accounts and develop strong customer relationships
- Plan and execute sales trips, sales calls, site visits and client entertainment
- Analyze and maintain knowledge of customers, market trends and competition
- Participate in regular business reviews and sales meetings
- Monitor, collect and analyze data and communication all information to senior management team
- Work with kitchen and service team to provide an exceptional guest service and memorable experience
- Prepare sales budget to execute sales strategies
- Perform other duties assigned by General Manager

- Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 5year experience of a similar position in hospitality industry
- Proven ability to build relationships and find new business: prospecting, networking, site inspections and sales calls
- Knowledge of food & beverage and guest relation
- Planning, communication, problem solving, negotiation, and business acumen
- Good interpersonal, organizational, supervisory, and analytical skills
- Ability to set example for and maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- Ability to work well with other colleagues as part of the team
- Pleasant, dynamic, proactive, and sale-oriented, and guest-oriented
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Familiar with MS Office applications
