The Blue Circle (Cambodia) Ltd is looking for a  Senior Accountant with strong autonomy, in a small office with development plans in Cambodia. 

1) Accounting

• Maintain accounting books in Xero accounting system
• Responsible for accounting processes for the entity
• Monthly closing and reporting in IFRS and local format

2) Tax

• VAT declaration and VAT refund, WHT, CIT declaration as per regulation
• Liaise with Tax department, bank on all matters relating to tax and tax settlement

3) Treasury

• Day-to-day with bank relations
• Payment preparation in e-banking
• Weekly cash forecast

4) Admin support

• Payroll preparation
• Liaison with local authorities
• Support on administrative issues

Direct report: Director of Cambodia office

Indirect report: Thailand accounting Manager and Group CFO

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting field
• Previous experience in same position is preferred
• Knowledge of construction accounting a plus
• Familiar with MS Office
• Able to use Accounting Software
• Good understanding of Cambodian Accounting Standards and Tax regulation
• Attention to details
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Careful, friendly and honest
• Teamwork and logical understanding
