Senior Administrative Officer

Unisun Development Corp is looking for the Senior Administrative OfficerThe Senior Administrative Officer is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organizational needs and to be able to coordinate with construction site and head office operations.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Perform general administration/office management duties for smooth functioning of the organization
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
  • Anticipating needed supplies and placing orders for replenishment if needed
  • Contact vendor for quotation for office stationery
  • Complete supplies Purchase requisition form
  • Contact vendor and order supplies; expediting orders for supplies
  • Verifying receipt of supplies
  • Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones and office keys
  • Prepare monthly report of Company Expenses like electricity, water, internet, security, phone allowance, Air-conditioned semi-annual expense
  • Visit Smart store and top-up load for HQ and site staff
  • Update vehicle log record and process diesel request
  • Keys management
  • Perform regular inspection of furniture and fixtures, bulbs and lighting that everything is in good condition
  • Monitor company car registration and insurance
  • Involved in procurement of company assets like computers, hand phones, stationery, cabinets, office supplies
  • Document transmittal distribution to respective departments
  • Supervise housekeeper and driver on duty
  • Perform other duties or tasks assigned by Manager
