Chip Mong Group is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Commercial Strategy. The Senior Coordinator, Commercial Strategy will in charge of supporting commercial Strategy and supporting department in all daily operations; prepare presentations and reports and communicate regularly with relevant key stakeholders; and coordinate and facilitate workshops or meetings relevant to the department.

• Support the Commercial Strategy & Support Department in all daily operations through such activities as communicating with relevant key stakeholders and anticipating and providing solutions to roadblocks or misalignments across business units and functions
• Prepare presentations or reports for the department and proactively seek information and input from a wide range of sources inside or outside the company
• Communicate regularly with EXCO-level leaders in different functions and business units
• Coordinate the business planning process, as directed by the Management
• Research relevant information sources and compile relevant intelligence and information into a clear cut and simple to-the-point communication or presentation which adds value, at the correct time
• Take notes, formulate action logs, and assure proper documentation is recorded on various meetings or project workshops, as directed by the Management
• Organize and facilitate workshops or meetings on a broad range of topics after consultation with the Management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in business or a related area
• Knowledge of market research and analysis
• Knowledge of business models and strategy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced proficiency in English and Khmer in both verbal and written communication
• Good research background
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to travel
