D'Furniture Co., Ltd is looking for a Senior Sales Officer.

• Assist to prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
• Oversee all advertising, publicity and brand management
• Assist to prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Management
• Liaise and build effective relationships with internal/external service provider and customers
• Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner
• Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/future sales strategies
• Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand
• Assist to conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
• Liaise with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing
• Peform others as assigned by Manager

• Bachelor degree in Sale & Marketing Management
• Tertiary qualified in relevant field
• At least 2-3 year significant experience in a quality Sale management function
• High level of English verbal and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated team contribution skills
• Ability to work with all levels of staff, expat and local
• Good at time management and Leadership
• Can work under Pressure
