Site Admin Officer

Unisun Development Corp: currenty, we are looking for a candidate in the position a Site Admin Officer. The Site Admin Officer reports to and takes direction from the Administration Lead. And it’s responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company/field administration in a fast paced environment.

  • Work under the responsibility of Chief Operations Officer (COO) to accomplish the duties of Site Administration
  • Implement orders from Chief Operations Officer
  • Site administration and monitor/report daily site activities/issues
  • Ensure the general and HR administration management of the office (leaves follow up, dissemination of company general information, etc.)
  • Manage procurements, vehicles and other equipment necessary for the smooth running of the site office
  • Track absence and attendance record of site workers
  • Site security management
  • Management of rental item
  • Management of office supplies and stationary
  • Office and facility management 
  • Execution of weekly report to COO and HQ HR (for attendance)

  • Preferably a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration
  • Proven track record with 3 years + experience in construction site as Admin
  • Team player
  • Experience in working with international organization/staff is a key asset
  • Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English
  • Good Computer skills in Word and especially in Excel
  • Autonomy in multi-tasks work, ability to work at distance with a minimum of supervision and with transparency & integrity
