Phnom Penh Land Development is looking for a qualified and talented candidate of creativity and advancement, full of energy and positive thinking to fill in the vacant position as Social Media & Online Executive 1 post who meets the criteria as follows:

• Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules for marketing, advertisement and promotions as assigned by Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
• Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily contents (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
• Collecting customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus using this information to create comprehensive reports and improving future marketing strategies and campaigns and reporting progress to CMO
• Growing and expanding the Company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increasing presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Creating and distributing written or graphic contents in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog contents, or social media messages
• Managing social media marketing strategy for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram
• Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drives target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients
• Adopting a co-operative and positive style of working with other PPL staffs and with partner organizations with shared commercial interests
• Maintaining confidentiality in all works carried out
• Performing other tasks as assigned by CMO

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Communication, Digital Marketing or Sales & Marketing
• At least 2 years of experiences in social media management
• Content creation, copywriting, graphic design, web design and strategy, data collection and analysis
• Technology skill and familiarity with web design and publishing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented
• Experienced with major social media platforms
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Able to work under pressure with high responsibility
• Excellent Khmer and English. Chinese is a plus
