Our company is authorized food franchise brands of Carl's Jr from the US, Cold Stone Creamery from the US, Gyu-Kaku BBQ from Japan, On-Yasai Shabu Shabu soup from Japan, and Pappa Rich from Malaysia. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality food and service and develop ourselves to be the largest company in fast food and restaurant in Cambodia.

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff in the store
• Training, coaching and development of employees
• Ensure the safety of our guests and employees through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
• Leading guest components including excellent food quality, guest service, employee friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness through your team
• Drive sales growth, control cost management, and maintain profit growth
• Overseeing stock levels & follow schedule ordering accordingly
• Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management

• Bachelor’s degree in general management, general business or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant food franchise restaurant experience or retail store business
• Excellent communicator and compelling presenter with strong written and oral communication skills
• Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Customer-focused mindset
• Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel
• Good in English communication
