Khmer Ceramics is looking to open collaboration with a Technical Manager. We are looking forward to integrating an individual as a Technical Manager working with technical and sampling team to achieve works with reliable results and respect deadlines. The candidate will work with the help and advice to the senior engineer. Candidate can be Cambodian national or expatriate. The workplace is at the outskirt of Siem Reap, and will move to Kompong Thom (Stoung District) within 1 year.

Technical manager role:

With technic staff

• Mainly insure a good quality & smooth operation of the technical department
• Follow the construction of machinery with instruction from head engineering
• Resolve daily technical issues
• Follow the repair of the machineries to get reliable results
• Create & follow a program of machinery maintenance

With sampling staff

• Mainly insure a good quality & smooth operation of Molds & kernels sampling and production
• Follow the creation of original shapes to be molded
• Follow the making of the original mold
• Follow quality of molds during their production

• Communicate in Khmer & English
• Problem-solving & positive attitude
• Be handyman
• Take effective decisions
• Support individuals to develop and maintain their performance
• Computer literate (Excel, print blueprints, emails)
• Ensure an effective approach to health and safety
