We are loking for Technical Support.

The Technical Support is a combination of administrative assistance and technical support. It relates to working with a business’ clients or may support an internal team or individual. A day is generally composed of many small tasks that help support the overall goal of the company this position work for. The position must be comfortable working with minimal supervision and also working in a team setting.

• Provide Technical Support
  • Supporting Project Sales and Technical Department for mocking up the sample paint to clients
  • Supporting dealer to fix Auto Tint Machine
  • Producing the paint by Tinting Machine for sales
  • Assisting customers with any channels while others may be required to demonstrate and assist staff with the proper use of paint devices
  • Working with both internal staff and external clients to provide any technical support they are qualified to give
• Provide Administrative Assistance
  • Being dedicated to the administrative aspects of employer (General support)
  • Maybe answering phones, creating reports, maintaining records and conducting general activities, as well
  • Handling any assigned by supervisor

• Cambodian citizen is preferred
• Male
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years experiences in working at office and/or paint shop or dealer
• Proficiency in computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email, and database systems
• Good command in English

• A Technical Assistant should be technically-inclined and enjoy assisting others
• The communication skills should be excellent and the position must be able to multitask beneath commonsense understanding
• An eye for detail is also an important trait, as is the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize using good time management skills
• Additionally, technical assistants should be able to work well independently and flexibly but also as part of a team
