Account Assistant Manager (Chinese Speaking)
Summary of Position
VTS Logistics: Currently, we are looking for a Account Assistant Manager (Chinese Speaking).
Reporting to
- General Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Reconciliation AR/ AP
Maintain the business relationship with existing customers
Sustaining business with the key account customers
Liaise with strategic partners to ensure successful partnership
Protect the company's value by keeping information confidential
Reporting to
Direct Manager

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Advance Excel and QuickBooks
- At least 2 years Working experience
- Strong management, leadership and communication skills.
- Good in Chinese English speaking
