Assistant Manager

Summary of Position

 VOLTRA CO., LTD: currently, we are lookin for a candidate in the position Assistant Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and plan the CEO’s agenda according to current topics and assignments
  • Prepare conference calls and various meetings
  • Participate in meetings and manage note taking
  • Write and distribute meeting minutes
  • The current Secretariat, filter calls, receive paper mails, emails, distribute and classify
  • Elaborate the paper mails, emails, and memo of the CEO (typing and diffusion)
  • Ensure the follow-up of requests from the CEO
  • Ensure the logistics of travel (flights, hotels, visas, specific shipments, currencies, etc) and potentially also his team
  • Follow the leave schedule of the Management Committee
  • Manage administrative and regulatory aspects
  • Responsible for the good performance of the showroom, and offices; consumables and supplies management
  • Ensuring the follow-up of customer complaints in relation with the department heads
  • Oversees the salesmen, the accountant, the graphic designer, the chief mechanic, as well as thereception of the company
  • Ensure certain cross-cutting tasks for all activities
  • Track expense reports and verify supplier invoices
  • Manage staff absences
  • Animate the internal community by organizing collective meetings, disseminating useful information and welcoming newcomers to the entity (badge, telephone, PC, office, etc)

Other Requirements

  • Rigorous, autonomous and dynamic, demonstrates initiative and anticipation while knowing how to manage priorities
  • Demonstrates responsiveness, great adaptability and resistance to stress. Work with method and organization, faced with the unexpected
  • Acting on behalf of the CEO, both internally and externally, you have an excellent presentation, great interpersonal skills, a sense of diplomacy and discretion
  • Recognized for excellent oral expression, writing skills (in Khmer and English) an analytical and a mastery of computer tools
  • Experience in assistantship, initial training bachelor degree 2 or 3 years. Fluency English is essential, French is a plus
