Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is an international pharmaceutical company in Cambodia. They are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will provide financial analysis for productivity improvement, operation efficiency, profitability and other related activities. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review monthly close result, understand the drivers of variances and highlight senior management
  • Implement and manage management reporting to ensure senior management receives timely and relevant information to make decisions.
  • Drive the entire annual forecast and budgeting process, ensuring budgets are accurate, comprehensive and complete on a timely basis
  • Develop budgeting tools and complex financial models as required to support the budget process
  • Providing financial analysis for productivity improvement, operation efficiency, profitability and any related requirement
  • Review ABC reporting; provide analysis on cost and activity
  • Partner with Finance Manger to update 5 year-strategic plan (LRP) responsible for analysis, building of support schedules, and presentation
  • Provide input to the new business development analysis by conducting financial models to support business opportunity
  • Improve reporting and analysis process to cater business update and better efficiency
  • Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the Financial Planning & Analysis team both commercial & distribution centre analyst
  • Provide financial insight on ad hoc projects
  • Partner with finance and accounting team as appropriate
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Chief Financial Controller

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • At least 4 years experiences in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Ability in Analysing & Forecasting and budgeting
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Open-minded and fast learner
  • MS Office literacy: excel, power point; BPC Report, Access and SAP literacy are advantages
  • Ability to work with various data repositories and extract data
  • Good command of written and spoken English
