Head of Sales

Summary of Position

Our client is one of the leading financial institution in Cambodia. They are looking for a Head of Sales who will be in-charge of leading in portfolio growth and relationship building with clients. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies, sale plans and profit targets
  • Developing relationships with clients
  • Identifying business opportunities in target markets
  • Maximizing new business opportunities
  • Supervising the entire sales teams and client relation teams in the branches
  • Lead and support the development of strategic priorities for branch, both retail and corporate manner
  • Provide high level of oversight to the business operations of each branch
  • Develop partnerships with property developer and relationships to support the portfolio growth
  • Lead and manage a team of branch managers
  • Ensure compliance within the branch

Reporting to

  • CEO

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any other related fields
  • Minimum 5 yrs of experience in the financial sector
