Marketing Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is one of the leading hospitality group in Cambodia. Currently, they are looking for a Marketing Manager who will develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company and ensure that the company is communicating effectively to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage marketing activities and budget through marketing strategy and direct the execution through a variety of marketing activities and channels
  • Continue to assess and evaluate marketing activities through analysis and reports
  • Responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets
  • Develop innovative marketing plans for consumers
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, with a full understanding of marketing mix handling and optimization
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements and identify targeted customers
  • Design and implement comprehensive campaigns to create awareness of the company’s business activities as to manage and monitor social media platform
  • Perform other duty assigned by management

  • Managing Director

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administrative, marketing, communication or other relevant fields
