PR & Marketing Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a real estate and property development company in Cambodia. They are looking for a PR & Marketing Manager who is in charge of leading and driving the marketing and corporate communication of the company to increase the company brand awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by effective communication and media relations programs to meet the company’s objective. S/He will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee all communication plans and marketing strategies and ensure it fits with the overall company’s vision/objectives
  • Actively promote company news, project development, property management and generate ways to advance the Company’s brand in publications
  • Prepare press release and all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of the Company
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
  • Manage and expand relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
  • Be the point of contact with company media deliverables before they are published/distributed ensuring all formatting, aesthetics and content are in‐line with Company standards and expectations
  • Oversees and directs market and competitor analysis programs
  • Strategizes and creates brand image and awareness programs that are distinctive and highlight
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Reporting to

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or any related fields
  • Knowledge of construction markets is a plus
  • Experience creating and implementing brand awareness and communications programs and driving business
  • Experience in developing press release, marketing concept and materials
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
  • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and engagement skill
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task, excellent organizational skills
