Sales, Marketing and Business Development Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is an international Manufacturing company in Cambodia. They are seeking a Sales, Marketing and Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the overall sales & marketing strategies and business development of the company. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and recommend improvements to the sales plan of the brand to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinate with marketing team to determine local and possible international marketing applications and ensure compliance accordingly
  • Analyze and identify international partners or distributes for product in geographic market
  • Provide new business setups and implement new product lines and ensure growth
  • Prepare and implement product pricing strategy
  • Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific customer or product market
  • Design innovation marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches
  • Proactively track the marketing and sales report to share to management for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Proactive in developing product renovation
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationship with main accounts and strategic partners in Asian + countries
  • Maximize the incomes for all company brands

Reporting to

  • Managing Director

Other Requirements

  • Outstanding experience related to FMCG and/or Food & Beverage
  • Good experience in developing and leading the outstanding team
  • Have close contacts to Asia + countries
  • Proactive skills in Marketing and Sales Plan and Report as well as Developing product
  • Outstanding management and leadership skills
