Senior Recruitment Officer

Summary of Position

Saint Blanquat & Associates: Cambodia's premier human resources and management consultancy specialized in top management recruitment and Human Resource processes & organization counseling is looking for a Senior Recruitment Officer.

The  Senior Recruitment Officer will be responsible for a specific clients’ portfolio. He/she is in charge to attract candidates and ensure they match with companies’ positions. He/she performs the complete process of recruitment and in boarding of suitable new staff.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visit employer to assess their requirements and introduce the company
  • Prepare job descriptions
  • Implement the process of search and selection
  • Identify and approach suitable candidates
  • Manage advertisement strategy and applications screening
  • Interview applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for particular jobs
  • Request references
  • Write executive summaries
  • Introduce candidates to the clients and organize interviews as requested
  • Brief candidates about responsibilities, salary and benefits
  • Negotiate salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
  • Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
  • Support the integration of new employees as much as needed
  • File and maintain customers’ filing system
  • Contribute to the definition of the general sourcing strategies
  • Participate in the general recruitment communication strategy and monthly newsletter

  • Managing Consultant

Languages Required

French is a plus
