Technical Sales Supervisor

Summary of Position

Our client is a leading Market Expansion Service provider for companies who want to grow their business in Cambodia. They are seeking for a Technical Sales Supervisor who will be in charge of selling medical products, systems or services to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Sales duties

  • Implement business plan and sales strategy to ensure company sales goals and profitability
  • Maintain and develop relationships and sales with existing clients and customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Collect market/competitor information about products and activities
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of products/systems
  • Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers
  • Provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding performance and specific request for support


  • Arrange appointments with medical professionals and organize daily visits
  • Report to the ICU sales supervisor Leadership responsibilities
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Medical Product Sales and DKSH behaviour as part of continuous learning

Report to Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing - Medical Devices

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Up to 2 years' experience in a similar role with a Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the assigned products/services/industry/market/competitors/customers
  • Demonstrate strong selling, communication and negotiation, basic research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
