Communication and Social Media Officer
Summary of Position
A fast growing communication agency based in Phnom Penh is looking for a Communication and Social Media Officer.
The Communication and Social Media Officer will be assisting the managing team in various projects: mobile applications, content management, social network, e-reputation, and events.
6 months to 2 years experience in art, Communication and Social Media.
Excellent communication in Khmer and English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Management team in coordinating various integrated Communication and Marketing and Social Media activities
- Coordinate in production of a wide range of communications tools
- Supervise the production or implementation of marketing and communication materials
- Execute a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, Marketing trade shows, etc
- Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications
- Provide prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information
- Develop standardize presentations, Sales scripts, proposals
- Write and maintain content and provide monthly updates to company website

Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Excellent communication in Khmer and English
Other Requirements
- Fresh graduate is a must (degree in marketing is preferred)
- Very good in multi-tasking skill; dynamic and able to work with tight deadlines
- Interpersonal skills : open minded, creative and proactive
- Strong understanding of new technologies and passion for social media
