2 Website Supervisors

Summary of Position

As a Catch my Cart Supervisor, you will work full-time at our office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. You will oversee that the day-to-day operations of our office are running smoothly and efficiently. You will help to assist Catch my Cart Admins in updating celebrity Cart Pages on letusfindit.co.uk. You will assist the Catch My Cart Manager with training sessions and activities and support key internal functions of our organization. You will also help to deliver regular training in English, support workers who aren’t fluent and translate when required. You will report to the Catch my Cart Manager, who will identify tasks and any additional notes given by clients for your Cart Pages.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help on-board new / existing employees
  • Check that Cart Pages have been updated on-time and correctly
  • Assist your Direct Manager during induction periods; setting up email accounts / website training / arranging one-to-one’s with staff / internet training
  • Assist your Direct Manager in training sessions / activities
  • Be the point of contact for admin staff issues e.g. sickness, holidays etc
  • Assist in updating assigned Cart Pages
  • Assist in collating high-res images to feature on the website
  • Attend scheduled training events
  • Attend quarterly meetings at HQ
  • Meet all deadline requirements set
  • Ensure confidentiality of clients is maintained
  • Complete any additional tasks that the company requires of you

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Khmer (verbal and written)
  • At least 5 years of experience in management / supervising
  • Educated to Masters degree level in a relevant subject (e.g. Business, IT, Marketing, English, Fashion) with a Major in business is preferable
  • Well versed in IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Docs and the Internet
  • Familiarity with personnel laws and regulations
  • Expert time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to self motivate and work independently
  • Proactive and flexible with the ability to adapt to an ever growing environment
  • A team player who contributes to the team and supports the work environment
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • An administrative or fashion background is ideal
  • Must be detail orientated
  • Be willing to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
