Our organization is looking for an experienced, honest, and responsible accountant to serve in the Savong organization Cambodia in the Accounting section starting as soon as possible.

We are an NGO that has been in operation for 12 years, and we provide free education, scholarships, and accommodation to students in rural areas around Siem Reap.

We are now looking for an accountant to be responsible for all accounting tasks related to our organization, located in Ta Chek Village, Chreav District, Siem Reap.

• Speaking and Writing English, Using Computer (especially Microsoft Excel) and using email
• Prepare monthly budgets in Microsoft Excel for sponsors and donors
• Translate receipts from Khmer to English for sponsors and donors
• Check and revise all cashflow from different sponsors and donors
• Communicate regularly with sponsors and donors: answering questions and requesting payments
• Update bank statements
• Be responsible for money withdrawal
• Be responsible for monthly staff payroll for all 3 branches
• Record all transactions
• Collect and verify receipts for each item
• Collect and verify all cashflows daily/weekly/monthly

• Must be between 18 and 35 years old
• Have an appropriate accounting degree
• Be in good physical fitness and good health
• Have at least 2 years accounting experience
• Can work independently as well as within a team environment
• Follows instructions appropriately
• Good problem solving skills
• Be responsible
