Accounting Manager (Real Estate)

Summary of Position

Phnom Penh Land Development Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Accounting Manager (Real Estate).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Checks asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling account information
  • Checks balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and other reports
  • Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls
  • Checks bank control & reconciliation
  • Checks payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
  • Complies with tax federal, state, and local financial legal
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Accomplishes the result by performing the duty
  • Perform other tasks will assign by superior

Experience Required

5 years in Accounting sector

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Good English skill is an advantage
