Summary of Position

BrokerJet is looking for an Admin/Hr.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work in full-time at office
  • Do the paperwork and administration work in office
  • Contact and seek candidates suitable for recruitment requirements; control interview schedule
  • Record and monitor cash receipts and expenditures
  • Coordinate with other departments in the company to follow up the policy
  • Do other jobs as required by the manager
  • Make probation and employment contract for all staffs

Minimum Educational Level Required

High School or equivalent

Languages Required

Speaking khmer and vietnamese

Other Requirements

  • Be fluent in Vietnamese and Khmer (compulsory), Good at English or Chinese is an additional advantage
  • Graduated from College above, major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Banking
  • Female candidate could be prior advantage
  • Age: 21 – 30 years old
  • Good communication skills; negotiation skills
  • Hard working and have high commitment
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel, Internet, E-mail) is essential
