Administrative Assistance (ជំនួយការរដ្ឋបាល)

Summary of Position

Elevated is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant, our ideal candidate should by bright, organized, energetic, and dependable. We require that you are able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. We will equip you with the skills needed to take on a variety of functions and engage with a diverse group of people, so you are able to perform with strong business judgement and hone high standard communication skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet clientele
  • Answer all enquiries via phone, email, and facebook and respond accordingly
  • Manage contacts and opportunities in central database
  • Manage scheduling for all staff
  • Responsible for office inventory and maintaining office appearance
  • Manage and maintain internal filing
  • Track and prepare necessary documents for management

Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Fresh Graduate / Entry level

Languages Required

Khmer, English, Chinese(Priority)

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Khmer
  • University degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year working experience in administration and reception
  • Computer literate, experience in Microsoft Office products, ideally GoogleApps
  • Good organizational skills & time management
  • Proactive, friendly, open minded and result oriented
  • High attention to details
