Agency Strategy Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is one of the leading insurance companies in Cambodia. They are seeking an Agency Strategy Manager who will ensure smooth and effective agency management supports such as strategic planning and strategic decision related, budget planning and forecasting, Agency budget monitoring, sale and recruitment forecasting, etc., to meet Key Performance Indicator. He/She will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure the execution of annual agency strategic planning and related strategic support
  • Manage analytics and data gathering of Agency/industry/market performance, and report with recommendation
  • Design attractive agency reward system and financing scheme to retain and attract agent as well as enhance their productivity
  • Ensure the delivery and enhancement of insightful performance reports to all stakeholders including, but not limited to, the company and Agency management, agency leaders and group office other related functions/departments and maximize the usage
  • Work with Business Development team and other stakeholders to develop and monitor the sale initiatives/financing scheme to drive agency performance to achieve the KPIs
  • Monitor sale and expense forecast and tracking
  • Monitor Agency staff SIP tracking
  • Manage agency finance procurement and administration tasks
  • Supervise in setting up Management Information System (MIS)

Reporting to

  • Head Agency Operations

Other Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience and at least 2-3 years managerial experience
  • Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient communications skills Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders
  • VBA programing is an advantage
  • Good knowledge on MS Office
  • Possess analytical, people relationship, people motivation and people developer skills
