Android developer with a first experience (Full-time or Freelance)

Summary of Position

An innovative company with different brands and services such as magazines, job posting websites, mobiles applications and other exciting projects is looking for a talented and motivated Android Developer to join their team.

Minimum 1 year experience building native Android apps either professionally or independently - portfolio or sample work required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work on fully-native apps that leverages the platform for a fluid user experience
  • Own features and work in cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
  • Write gorgeous and optimized code for the Android platform
  • Partner closely with our design and marketing team to produce applications that flows seamlessly and works intuitively with users
  • Our mobile team is fairly small and self-directed so each person is responsible for at least one critical part of a project.​

First experience building native Android applications

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Being a smart person who can learn quickly
  • Fluency with Android programmation language & standard API (social network, photo,...)
  • An obsessive desire to ship well tested and amazing looking applications
