Summary of Position
Alpha Omega Energy is looking for Assistant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be strongly able to communicate in English environment and continually, and translate face to face from Khmei into English
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Be flexible to be willing to do any task needed to achieve the team goals
Minimum Career Level Required
Fresh Graduate / Entry level
Other Requirements
- Ability to converse fluidly in English and not need translation
- Attitude is everything, we are not afraid to hire the underdog achievers who are great in English and can do it all
- Education isn't as much required as ability to be great at whatever is asked to do
- Proficiency in MS Office - Great service skills and hard working, punctual, and willing to work
