Assistant Manager (Channel and Category)-FMCG

Summary of Position

The only food group in the world to focus solely on health, is comprised of four divisions, holding global leadership positions in each division: Dairy, Baby Nutrition, Water and Advanced Medical Nutrition is looking for an Assistant Manager.

The Assistant Manager will be in charge of making many of the day-to-day office decisions of the management and helping store and corporate management to ensure retail outlets function well.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales / Trade Marketing of FMCG company in General Trade Channel.

Strong verbal & written communication skills in English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Propose goal and KPIs for the programs implement in the territory and track ongoing results
  • Develop loyalty program to support sales team to achieve KPIs
  • Develop effective and creative in store activities to gain new users especially from competitor
  • Maximize and control trade promotion budget to achieve sales (all channels) efficiency
  • Manage and build close business relationship with key customer in nationwide
  • Responsible for understanding the performance of all SKUs within a category, the constraints of the market, and optimizing the variety of SKUs
  • Develop strategic plans that will address the overall category business plan, both in volume and profit goals to deliver industry leading results
  • Responsible for conducting total category management analyses studies in order to improve category strategies
  • Develop execution plan, update the progress and solve the issue in trade every promotion/campaign to make sure the progress on time
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Proactively leads to joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
  • Leverage strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to mine data and identify performance trends by category and/or segment
  • Develop product consultant strategies plan to recruit more consumer and build brand in Market
  • Facilitate, support and coach PC Team to implement more effective
  • Develop RTM with distributor to ensure right network, storage, delivery and order quality

Experience Required
