Assistant Operation Manager
Summary of Position
A SAHAS PPSEZ Co., Ltd, the leading security Company is currently looking for an Assistant Operation Manager.
Assist Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing SAHAS’s operation.
At least 3 years’ working experience in the same position.
Good Command of English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and revise SAHAS internal regulations and policies and procedures and ensure that they are well implemented at all times
- Assist Operation Manager in developing SAHAS strategic directions
- Carry out all duties in support of Operations Manager
- Oversee and co-ordinate all SAHAS activities in support of operations on a daily and as required basis
- Develop a deployment schedule for guards and ensure that all are at the designated areas
- Ensure compliance with Cambodia law and local requirements
- Provide training to all SAHAS personnel as needed
- Ensure that full training and personnel records are maintained for all SAHAS personnel
- Ensure that security plans are implemented, updated, revised and tested on a regular basis
- Manage and co-ordinate all communications in support of SAHAS Operations
- Develop, oversee and implement orders where required
- Develop reporting procedures for security incidents
- Assist with the management of site security and safety systems to identify any deficiencies
- Participate in and co-ordinate the security response to emergency calls
- Make regular recommendations leading to a state of continuous improvement and constant security enhancement
- Work closely with PPSEZ Security Head to ensure that all security policies are effectively implemented
- Weekly and month reports are to be completed and sent to the management in a timely manner
- In collaboration with PPSEZ HR department, conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor all personnel through formal channels
- Ensure all incidents and accident reports are completed and sent to the management
- Deputize for the Operations Manager when required
- Do other tasks assigned by Operations Manager and top management
