Assistant Service Manger

Summary of Position

Modern Gas services are provided selling gas, kitchen and services of repair to the customers who are broken Kitchen appliances.

We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily data entry Report
  • Daily customer call in record list (weekly report)
  • Job sheet record list (weekly report)
  • Warranty card record
  • Truck counter record ( monthly report)
  • Technician Moto Counter Record (monthly report)
  • Spare part sale and service fee  report (monthly)
  • Monthly motor repairing report
  • Monthly Truck repairing report
  • Service Manual and Trainee 

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements

  • Electric & Mechanic Certificate or relate field
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good in problems-solving skill
  • Good time management and flexible working hours
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office & Excel)
