Assistant to General Manager

Summary of Position

RMA Cambodia is the multi business and leading company since 1992, which have automotive industry, heavy equipment industry, food franchise management and car rental service. Currently, we are looking for a Assistant to General Manager under general direction, Assistant to General Manager performs varied, difficult, sensitive and confidential office administrative, secretarial support functions, and business analysis for the Deputy General Manager and General Manager; and performs related duties as assigned.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy General Manager, and the General Manager
  2. Ensures materials and reports for signature are accurate and complete; proofreads and checks typed and other materials for accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards, policies and procedures
  3. Coordinates work with other executive and support staff to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment (casual, fun, and friendly); and create team building activities, monthly recognition activities to keep relationship between employees always high. Acts as liaison in coordinating matters between the General Manager’s office and other department heads and managers
  4. Represents the General Manager’s office with external groups and organizations including government authorities
  5. Researches and assembles information from a variety of sources:
    • On consumers trend, and their feedbacks from various channels including digital
    • On competitors business activities (investment, marketing, supply, their customers, employee…)
    • On various commercial centers / landlords / potential business centers
    • On laws and regulations, and provides updates
    • On franchisers, and potential business
  6. Provide and update regular reports including Daily sales, Ex-work price, Landed cost, Food variance, Projects development status, Marketing campaign, Operations reports (MC & QSC), and provide any alerts; and follow up in key actions plan
  7. Keep tracking on key managers’ business performance (based on their KPIs), and their training & development
  8. Provides key summary and analysis of various agreements (franchise agreement, lease contract, etc.), and draft countered proposals if required; draft the agreement for final signature once the deal goes through
  9. Perform other duties as requested by the Deputy General Manager, and the General Manager

Experience Required

At least 2-year experience in administrative and secretariat work related

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

English

Education level

  1. Possess university degree preferably Bachelor of Business Administration

Knowledge and Experience

  • At least 2-year experience in administrative and secretariat work related
  • Driving for results
