IDD Cambodia is looking for an Assistant to GM at City Golf -1 position

• Oversee development of new programs that result in an increased level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Receives and responds to guest complaints in a timely manner
• Responsible for the property’s operations in General Manager’s absence
• Participate in development of short and long-term financial and operational plans for the property
• Assist GM with development of profit and loss statements, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Monitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
• Performs any other job related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans
• Technical: Advance of Ms Office, Photoshop, or illustrator application is preferable
• Human Relations: Leadership skill, communication skill, problem solving skill
• Administrative skills
• Strong English communication is plus
