Associate – Investment & Tenancy Management

Summary of Position

Our client is a real estate subsidiary of a Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listed group which invests and develops commercial and industrial properties in Asia Pacific, Middle East and America. In South East Asia their development projects are located primarily in Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand and Cambodia where they construct large scale commercial buildings that are complemented by logistics and complementary accommodation properties. Currently, they are seeking for an Associate – Investment & Tenancy Management who will be responsible for investment and tenancy management within their multi-phase project development in South East Asia. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research on local market intelligence in terms of real estate market trends and provide updates to HQ
  • Conduct analysis for our multi-phase development in-country at our existing land bank
  • Manage tenancy signing process, coordinate with various local and HQ departments and perform the necessary verification and checks
  • Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of documents
  • Assist with annual rental review for operational properties
  • Maintain good relationships with international and large local real estate brokerage

Reporting to

  • HQ Investment Team based in Singapore

Other Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of direct real estate industry experience, preferably at international real estate brokerage firms, Big 4 accounting firms or foreign property developers
  • Leasing / tenant representation experience preferred, particularly in retail (malls) and industrial (warehouses and logistics centers)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English expected
