Brand Activation Coordinator
Summary of Position
A well-known tobacco company providing excellent quality products to its consumers is looking for a Brand Activation Coordinator.
You will be in charge of managing the Exclusive Sales Team which drive direct sales to smoker that in line with brand & strategy based on key project and new idea for day-to-day management.
Minimum 3 years relevant training experience in Marketing/Sales (previous Tobacco industry will be an advantage).
Fluent in English communication.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful and effective KPI from planning to implementation with proactive manner
- Work closely with Development & Planning for direct sale to smoker program support and Operation from outlet identification to route plan development
- Train and manage the Exclusive Sales Team (Promotion girl, Salesman) and lead them to achieve sales target
- Build close business relationship with trade partners to gain loyalty and understand trade behavior
- Drive Brand KPIs and monitor Brand
- Provide a clear vision and direction with relevant objectives and KPIs
- Establish a high performance culture and drive employee engagement

To the Field Operation Manager
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years relevant training experience in Marketing/Sales (previous Tobacco industry will be an advantage)
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Fluent in English communication
