Business Developer HR Services

Summary of Position

We are Cambodia's premier Human Resources & Management Consultancy. In order to expand our HR service offering, we have recently signed an affiliate agreement with Mercer, the worldwide leader in HR consulting. We will soon start implementing in Cambodia the Mercer TRS (Total Remuneration System) and we are looking for a business developer who will primarily supervise the Mercer TRS implementation in Cambodia, and introduce our other HR services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Prepare all supporting sales documents and tools required to launch the TRS in Cambodia
  • Coordinate with our Marketing department for social media / digital campaign and events
  • Meet prospects and clients, draft quotations, close TRS sales
  • Introduce our other HR services (mainly trainings, HR consulting and recruitment), coordinate with other Business Units if other sales opportunities arise during meetings

2. Remuneration Expertise

  • Strengthen the company expertise on Compensation & Benefits topic
  • Coordinate with Mercer team in Singapore for TRS implementation
  • Support/advise clients who enrol in the TRS survey for the first time

Experience Required

experience in working in a business environment related to B to B services (preferably consulting services).

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

excellent English

Other Requirements

  • proven business development track record, experience in working in a business environment related to B to B services (preferably consulting services).
  • This position is open to Khmer native speaker with an excellent English, and foreigners.
