The world’s leading provider of eyeglass lenses is looking for a Business Development Executive.

The Business Development Executive will be in charge of developing markets for company’s business in Cambodia. 

At least 2 to 4 years experience in sales in a similar role (Prior work experiences working in social business/rural sales and any industries, such as, Insurance/FMCG/Telecommunications/Micro-finance Institutions)

Professional proficiency in English.

• Map country landscape and identifies opportunities
• Establish and build connections with new partners
• Build  country business plan to achieve the business objective of providing vision correction to those who currently do not have the access to vision correction
• Align business plans with company’s country strategy
• Manage roll-out of business models in a timely manner including budgets, sales, manpower plans
• Coordinate actions in cooperation with group’s company Global support functions
• Report progress and monitoring KPIs
• Share of best practices with the regions
• Deepen existing relationships with stakeholders and partners
• Develop and forge relationships with new partners

 

To the Country Manager

At least 2 to 4 years experience in sales in a similar role (Prior work experiences working in social business/rural sales and any industries, such as, Insurance/FMCG/Telecommunications/Micro-finance Institutions)

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

Professional proficiency in English

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• A good understanding of basic commercial functions and finance
• Strong exposure to rural markets and with products/services targeted towards the rural market
