CAR SERVICE SHOP MANAGER

Summary of Position

Metrey Japan Co., Ltd. is looking for a experienced manager in our car repair/service shop, CAR FRESH Service Centre. The duties include all the responsibility in managing the shop and ensure the best service to the customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop sales/marketing plans of the shop
  • Develop KPIs and conduct assessment based on KPIs 
  • Daily management and operation of the shop
  • Develop relationship with customers, claim management
  • Develop partnership with corporate customers
  • Shop maintenance
  • Conduct recruitment and manage staff
  • Control Budgeting, Sales&Expense reports

The Supervisor

Experience Required

- Experience in the shop management
- Experience in Automotive Field preferred

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

Languages Required

- English/Khmer
- Chinese/Japanese/Korean preferred

Other Requirements

  • English speaking
  • Experience in shop management
  • Experience in Auotmotive field is preferred
