Card Operations Officer
Summary of Position
A newly created French bank is looking for a Card Operations Officer.
Minimum 2 years in a similar Cards position.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation Bank project
- Participate in the deployment of the Cards activity (Systems, Procedure, Team)
- Follow-up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it
- Bank’s Cards support & Operation
- Follow-up on issues and Change Request. Manage the Cards team
- Participate in Cards systems implementation
- Take care of daily operation on acquiring/issuing
- Manage ATMs and POS for the bank
- Monitor Cards & Fraud activities
- Work with VISA, Master card and UPI
- Provide Helpdesk support and resolve problems regarding system or hardware
- Test and evaluating new technology
- Handle CR implementation and customers needs
- Manage the Cards team on DTD operation
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years in a similar Cards position
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Other Requirements
- University degree in IT or equivalent
- Experience in the banking industry, Cards system and Gateway
- Knowledge in working with ATM and POS, setting up Cards activity, international standard (PCI-DSS);
- Knowledge of card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Union-Pay), SQL and chargeback
- Effective communication and management skills
- Autonomous, quick learner, and pro-active
