Card Operations Officer

Summary of Position

A newly created French bank is looking for a Card Operations Officer.

Minimum 2 years in a similar Cards position.

Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementation Bank project
  • Participate in the deployment of the Cards activity (Systems, Procedure, Team)
  • Follow-up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it
  • Bank’s Cards support & Operation
  • Follow-up on issues and Change Request. Manage the Cards team
  • Participate in Cards systems implementation
  • Take care of daily operation on acquiring/issuing
  • Manage ATMs and POS for the bank
  • Monitor Cards & Fraud activities
  • Work with VISA, Master card and UPI
  • Provide Helpdesk support and resolve problems regarding system or hardware
  • Test and evaluating new technology
  • Handle CR implementation and customers needs
  • Manage the Cards team on DTD operation

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years in a similar Cards position

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Other Requirements

  • University degree in IT or equivalent
  • Experience in the banking industry, Cards system and Gateway
  • Knowledge in working with ATM and POS, setting up Cards activity, international standard (PCI-DSS);
  • Knowledge of card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Union-Pay), SQL and chargeback
  • Effective communication and management skills
  • Autonomous, quick learner, and pro-active
