One of the construction and engineering companies in Cambodia, is looking for a Chief Architect who is able to create construction documents to include detailed foundation plan, floor plans, exterior elevations, electrical plans, relevant details and build sections. She/he will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Provide leadership to a team working on several projects in which architectural skills are necessary
• Liaise with clients and project managers of each project Coordinate with the relevant government officers and agencies to ensure the timely implementation of the projects
• Direct on-site supervision during project development and implementation to ensure efficiency and quality of work
• Identify and work with the most appropriate brands and supplier to complete the project satisfactorily
• Ensure realistic and feasible solutions are applied
• Ensure harmony with the other departments
• Take initiative in preventing potential issues and resolving existing issues

To Senior Project Manager

• Knowledgeable in relevant architecture software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup;
• Preferably a realist rather than a perfectionist;
