Chief Executive Officer

Summary of Position

A leading company specialized in real estate development project in Cambodia is looking for its new CEO.

The Chief Executive Officer has to be knowledgeable in all facets of the company, to be able to build a long-term strategy and to ensure a strong growth for the future.

The Chief Executive Officer will lead, guide and direct the executive team, which is made up of the following: Project Head / Sales and Marketing Head / Administrative Head / Finance Head.

Strong operational experience of minimum 10 years in a similar high level role in a real estate development organization.

Master’s degree in Business in an international recognized university.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep the board appropriately informed of the Company’s strategy and financial KPI’s
  • Anticipate problems and opportunities and deal with high efficiency
  • Provide general oversights of all business activities and manage day-to-day operations in order to meet strategic and financial targets
  • Assure program quality through implementation of standards and procedures
  • Identify geographic growth opportunities and priorities
  • Provide a strong leadership in order to develop a strong executive team with highly motivated people
  • Ensure that the Company’s culture and operational philosophy is in place within the organization
  • Evaluate the executive management team’s performance on a regular basis
  • Communicate the Company’s brand message internally and externally

  • Master’s degree in Business in an international recognized university
  • A strong experience dealing with risk management
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and a bottom-line orientation
  • High level of business acumen and ability to balance the delivery of programs against the realities of a budget (“can do” attitude)
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate trends, opportunities and threats and incorporate them into the organizational plan
  • Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people
  • Very strong experience and knowledge of the South East Asian real estate market
  • Personal qualities such as integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of the company
  • Ability to provide solution within an ambiguous and fast moving environment
